Level 2: Project Portfolio

We provide a scope of work, a full budget estimate, and a full project schedule. Client independently conducts all contractor meetings and negotiations.

Level 3: Partial Project Oversight

Home Insights provides a scope, analyzes contractor estimates, and attends client/contractor meetings.

What’s included:

• We meet to discuss your renovation or remodeling vision as well as your budget
• Home Insights creates a full scope of work
  • Outlines all of the steps required to run the project from start to finish
  • Details all of the products/materials needed per your design
  • Includes a full project schedule
  • Provides a full budget estimate
• Home Insights helps you select a contractor and participates at times during the project by:
  • Scheduling milestone reviews with the contractor (e.g., a 6-month remodel may require 4-6 meetings)
  • Making all parties aware of anticipated conflicts
  • Analyzing contractor change orders
  • Explaining unforeseen changes to you and possibility negotiating with your contractor

Level 4: Partial Management

Home Insights assumes a Project Manager role, supporting you in negotiations, attending site visits, and acting as a liaison between you and the contractor.

• Home Insights creates a full scope of work
  • Outlines all of the steps required to run the project from start to finish
  • Details all of the products/materials needed per your design
  • Includes a full project schedule
  • Provides a full budget estimate
• Home Insights becomes your Project Manager and assumes the following responsibilities:
  • Helps you select a contractor
  • Participates in contract negotiations
  • Schedules milestone reviews with the contractor
  • Attends site visits with the contractor
  • Makes all parties aware of anticipated conflicts
  • Analyzes contractor change orders
  • Explains unforeseen changes to you
  • Leads change order negotiations (with client confirmations/acceptance)
  • Updates the project schedule per changes
  • Communicates the impact of changes on key milestones and finish dates

Level 5: Full Management

Home Insights fully manages the project and provides full client representation throughout the entirety of the project.

• Home Insights creates a full scope of work
  • Outlines all of the steps required to run the project from start to finish
  • Details all of the products/materials needed per your design
  • Includes a full project schedule
  • Provides a full budget estimate
• Home Insights becomes your Project Manager and Client Representative, assuming the following responsibilities:
  • Completes a full analysis of all bids/scope and recommends the most appropriate contractor
  • Participates in contract negotiations
  • Attends bi-weekly project meetings and all site visits with the contractor
  • Provides meeting minutes
  • Makes all parties aware of anticipated conflicts
  • Analyzes contractor change orders
  • Explains unforeseen changes to you
  • Leads change order negotiations (with client confirmations/acceptance)
  • Updates the project schedule per changes
  • Communicates the impact of changes on key milestones and finish dates
  • Delivers progress reviews and reports
